We are located on Atlanta's historic Hotel row. The Hotels on Mitchell Street once served the railroad
clients. As you can see from the picture on the right it was quite a bustling neighborhood. After the Terminal Station was
demolished to make way for the Richard Russell Federal Court House the neighborhood fell into disrepair. In the late 1980's the
development of offices and the lofts began along Mitchell Street.
First was the old Sylvan Hotel at 233 Mitchell Street. This is our office building. A few years later the belt and
purse factory located next door at 227 Mitchell was converted into lofts. This was one of Atlanta's first downtown loft conversions.
During the early 1990's the Gordon Hotel was also converted into lofts and soon all were sold as loft condominiums.
Most recently the Helig Meyers furniture store has been converted into lofts. It is located on the same block but
on the Forsyth side.
